Thanks for everyones help in making the All Eighties Dexfield Reunion a huge success. We sold out of t-shirt, koozies, and caps. Plus we raised even more money in monogrammed bricks. The event rose over $3500 for the new Redfield Legion Hall. We'll probably do this again after the Redfield Legion Hall is constructed.
Over $3500 Raised by the Reunion
With the help of our reunion, the Sunday night auction, and from personal donations, the Redfield Legion Hall raised over $57,000 during the Old Settlers Reunion.
Thursday June 24th, Friday June 25th, and Saturday June 26th 2010 in Redfield during the 150th Old Settlers Celebration. Proceeds benefit the new Redfield Community Center.
This event is free. So bring your lawn chairs, cooler, and family to enjoy the five musical performances under the mega-tent. There will be no beer sold at the reunion, but you may bring your own cooler of beer or go to the local bar for carryout. We'll have t-shirts for sale in the tent for $20 and engraved bricks for $50. Our goals is to sell all 200 t-shirts and 50 bricks.
**No Rain in Forecast
**Ice Tea / Lemonaide / Ice Water Coolers Needed: if you've got a large liquid cooler, fill it full of tea, water, or lemonaide and bring it to the reunion.
**Attention Band Members: We will have a sound system setup on the stage. But you'll have to bring your own microphones.
Crock Pots and Electricity: There will be no electicity available in the tent for crockpots.
Paper Plates, Napkins, & Silverwear: We need enough for 500 people. Call Mark at
758-2000 if you can help.

PayPal Contributions Needed
So far we have about $300 left to pay on the tent. We also need help paying for ice, plastic silverwear, plates, cups, table cloths, and other operating expenses. Donations of $10, $25, and $50 will all be appreciated. All proceeds go to the new Redfield Legion Building Project.
